Holiday Cottage

The cottage can accommodate 6 people in 2 twin/king-size bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living area. There is an open-plan kitchen/diner plus a spacious lounge. The living room benefits from having a wood burner which is perfect for those cold evenings. It also has bi-folding doors which lead out to the swimming pool and tennis court.

The Studio

The open-plan studio can accommodate 4 people on a double sofa bed and a king/twin mezzanine bedroom. There is a modern kitchen, dining area plus a shower room. Double doors lead onto a BBQ area and swimming pool. Although there are vaulted ceilings the studio is kept cosy with underfloor heating.

The area surrounding the accommodation is perfect for walking and cycling as the South Downs National Park, Chichester Harbour and south coast beaches are all close by. There are also plenty of attractions to visit such as:
