Details

Mill Farm Holiday Park is situated in a naturally beautiful valley beneath the well-known escarpment of Wenlock Edge. This peaceful, family-run park is surrounded by mature parkland and offers an ideal retreat for those looking to wander, unwind and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. A warm, friendly atmosphere awaits all visitors and the team looks forward to making every stay a welcoming one.

Open for eleven months of the year, Mill Farm accommodates touring caravans, motorhomes and tents, with the option of fully serviced hardstanding pitches. Most pitches also include access to a chemical disposal point and water supply for added convenience. Originally a working farm, Mill Farm has been thoughtfully developed over the past sixty years to preserve its natural beauty. The landscape has been enriched with the addition of three fishing pools, offering enjoyable fishing opportunities for all ages. For those who prefer to simply observe, there’s also a feeding pool where fish come close enough to almost touch.

The park is surrounded by farmland, allowing guests to take leisurely strolls through open fields and along peaceful paths. The informal layout of the holiday homes, combined with the preservation of mature trees, hedges, shrubs and woodland, helps the park blend seamlessly into its natural surroundings. Continuous planting enhances the charm of the area and the presence of helpful managers and staff ensures that every stay is as pleasant and relaxing as possible.

Visitors to Mill Farm can enjoy a variety of on-site and nearby facilities during their stay. These include WiFi access, laundry services, a well-maintained shower block and a recreation room with table tennis and bowls. The park is also pet-friendly, welcoming four-legged family members. Just opposite the park, guests will find a bed and breakfast and a horse riding centre, adding to the range of local activities available.

The park is a haven for wildlife, and the conservation efforts undertaken by its management have been recognised with the prestigious David Bellamy Gold Award, celebrating their commitment to preserving and nurturing the local environment.
