Coity Bach Farm offers Gold Award self-catering cottages on our working farm, situated in the heart of the Brecon Beacons (Bannau Brycheiniog) National Park. Located in Talybont-on-Usk, it’s the perfect base for exploring the breathtaking landscape by foot, bike, or boat.

Peacock Cottage

This is a spacious 3-bedroom cottage, featuring a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and an upper floor with twin beds and a futon double. The bathroom is equipped with a spa shower/bath, toilet and sink. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full oven, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher and all essentials for up to 8 guests. A large, open living area provides the perfect space for family gatherings. Outside, enjoy the enclosed patio area, ideal for children and pets, along with a luxurious hot tub complete with Bluetooth connectivity.

Ty Fferm Hen

Ty Fferm Hen, the original 17th-century farmhouse of Coity Bach Farm, offers a cosy and historic retreat. The open-plan bedroom features a double bed and two singles, while downstairs includes a deluxe double sofa bed, accommodating up to 6 guests. A luxurious hot tub is conveniently located in the adjacent stone barn for your relaxation.

Ty Bach Twt

Ty Bach Twt is a cosy, insulated wooden lodge featuring a comfortable bedroom, a shower room and a kitchen/living area with a double sofa bed and smart TV. With heating throughout and a charming patio area, the lodge accommodates up to 4 guests, offering a warm and inviting retreat.

Ty Olwyn Bach

Ty Olwyn Bach is a charming lodge on wheels designed for two, featuring a fold-down double bed, a spacious shower room and a private patio area for relaxing outdoors.

Ty Nofio

Ty Nofio is a stunning oak swimming pool house offering a heated pool (4'10" deep, 16' long) with two spa seats and 16 jets, marble tiles, underfloor heating and a mosaic-tiled wet room. Inside, you'll find dining tables, a 3/4 sofa bed and unique metal aviation furniture. The upper level features two double beds, a single bed, a bed chair, a Juliet balcony, an oak veranda overlooking the dining area, a leather sofa and a 50" smart TV. Outside, the oak undercover decked area is furnished with aviation egg chairs, a hammock and al fresco dining furniture, while the patio offers a large fire pit, hardwood benches and a BBQ. Ty Gwenyn

Ty Gwenyn, located on the farmstead in its own private area, is a beautifully modernised Quaker’s carriage designed for comfort and relaxation. Inside, it features a cosy double bed with a memory foam mattress, a toilet and sink, a compact kitchen with a hob, mini oven and an original Belfast sink, as well as a comfortable bench seating area. The space is equipped with a radiator, hot water, plugs, lights, USB ports, a smart TV and WiFi for your convenience. Outside, you'll find a charming patio area with seating for two and a large private fire pit, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. With direct access to walking and mountain biking trails, Ty Gwenyn is an ideal retreat for nature lovers.
