Granary Cottage - Sleeps 2.

This cottage features a bright, open-plan kitchen and living room with cosy sofas, a Smart TV and plenty of blankets, ideal for a relaxing evening. The kitchen is newly decorated and fully equipped, including a large dining table. The spacious bedroom includes a king-size bed, dresser, wardrobe and chest of drawers, all set against a backdrop of exposed brickwork and original beams, creating a tranquil and charming atmosphere.

Hazel Cottage - Sleeps 3.

Hazel Cottage offers an accessible ground-level layout with an open-plan kitchen and living area, a modern wet room and two bedrooms. The main bedroom can be configured as a twin or double room, complemented by oak furniture and traditional décor. The single bedroom features modern touches and bright artwork, adding to the cottage's country charm.

Stable Cottage - Sleeps 4.

This cottage is our most spacious option, with a large living room furnished with sofas and a Smart TV for cosy nights in. The kitchen includes all necessary appliances and a dining area that seats four. It features two bedrooms; the main bedroom offers an en-suite shower and can be set up as a double or twin, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The cottage combines modern and rustic elements, with added practical features like ceiling tracking for a hoist.

The Nest - Sleeps 2.

Located in the roof of the main barn, The Nest boasts a high ceiling and full-height windows, filling the open-plan living area with natural light. It includes a sociable kitchen and living space, two sofas and a private double bedroom with scenic views. The spacious bathroom features a deep bath and complimentary toiletries.

Kyte & Kestrel Lodge - Each sleeps 8.

Both lodges accommodate up to 8 guests across four bedrooms, with flexible bedding arrangements. They feature a large living area, open kitchen and three bathrooms spread over two floors, offering ample space for relaxation.

Our location is just a short walk from the River Thames in the lush Oxfordshire countryside, ideal for exploring the Thames Path. The historic market town of Abingdon-on-Thames is only ten minutes away on foot, with the city of Oxford just eight miles away. Excellent bus links to Oxford and proximity to London make our cottages an ideal base for your travels.
