The Hay Barn: This outstanding property sleeps up to 10 people and comes with a range of high-quality facilities to suit all your needs. The beautifully furnished property has a lovely living room to relax in. Facilities include comfy sofas, a log burning stove, large flat screen LCD TV with Freeview and a DVD player. You can enjoy the added benefit of a Bose speaker surround system which can be used for music or watching TV. The dining room is housed in the double-height dining room. A large farmhouse kitchen includes granite worktops, a Rangemaster oven, five ring gas burner, coffee maker, four-slice toaster, dishwasher and kettle.

Four stylish bedrooms with indulgent Molton Brown toiletries are available. The beds can be made as either singles or super kings. Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor and comes with a large seating area and en suite facilities. Bedroom 2 has a spa-like bathing experience in the mezzanine en suite. Bedroom 3 has an en suite spa bathroom and bedroom 4 comes with a power shower.

The Stables: Our gorgeous barn conversion sleeps up to 4 people and comes with wooden beams, flagstone floors and stone walls. This ground level property has a lovely living room which includes an LCD TV with Freeview, a DVD player and log burning stove. A well-equipped kitchen comes with a four ring gas burner, four-slice toaster, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a kettle.

Bedroom 1 has a super king or two singles with a modern en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a super king or 2 singles. The luxurious en suite bathroom has a shower over the bath. All the bedrooms come with lavish Molton Brown toiletries.

All our guests can enjoy using our wonderful Leisure suite. This includes a hot tub, mini gym, sauna, games rooms and Wii console. There is also an enclosed south facing courtyard garden to unwind in after a day sightseeing.
