The Pig House is a beautifully designed conversion of a former pigsty, located in a peaceful setting at the heart of our farm in Briningham. Ideally situated for exploring North Norfolk, it’s just four miles from Holt and seven miles from Blakeney, close enough to the coast to reach in 10–15 minutes yet far from the crowds.

The property features a stunning south-facing courtyard garden, perfect for outdoor entertaining and basking in the sun, while the north side offers breathtaking views through a glass corner in the sitting room. A vast living area includes a state-of-the-art German Siematic kitchen with premium appliances like a Quooker hot tap, two ovens, a warming drawer and a wine fridge. The dining table seats 12 and overlooks the courtyard, while the seating area offers a large corner sofa, recliners, cuddle chairs and a 65-inch TV, complemented by a wood burner for cosy evenings (wood provided October to April).

For entertainment, the Cinema Room offers high-definition viewing with surround sound and vibrant orange Ligne Roset sofas, perfect for a rainy day. For quieter moments, a separate sitting room with Loaf sofas provides serene views through the glass feature wall.

The Pig House has four ensuite bedrooms. Three feature zip-and-link super king beds convertible to twins, while the master bedroom boasts a super king bed and a luxurious ensuite with a large dual-shower, bath and twin sinks. All bathrooms include underfloor heating, illuminated mirrors and generous showers. Additional guests can use convertible footstool beds in the Cinema Room and sitting room for a small fee, with an extra shower available in the cloakroom.

A spacious utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and ample storage for boots and coats ensures practical convenience. Outdoors, seating for eight under the Mulberry trees and a covered area with Bramblecrest furniture provide options for any weather. The Weber charcoal barbecue and a Jacuzzi (seating six) add to the luxury.

The surrounding fenced garden offers safety for children and pets, while ample parking, including a carport with an EV charging point, is available. Horse stabling is also offered for an additional cost, with access to Holkham beach and the farm’s 500 acres for riding.
