The Pig House in Briningham offers stunning self catering accommodation in a 'Grand Design' looking property. This former pig sty has been beautifully converted to offer luxurious accommodation, nestled in a tranquil location on our farm. Our property near Holt in Norfolk is a great base for exploring the coast and countryside.

Our fabulous property boasts a striking living area with a contemporary German Siematic kitchen with two large ovens, a large warming drawer, larder fridge and big deep freeze and a wine fridge, plus a Quooker Hot Tap. Savour some delicious food around the dining table which sits 12 and enjoy delightful views over the courtyard garden.

The seating area is ideal for unwinding in after a day in the countryside and comes with a super comfy large corner sofa with a recliner, two cuddle chairs, a 65’’ TV and a toasty wood burner. You can also unwind in the separate sitting room which enjoys glorious views through the glass corner. You can snuggle up and watch a good film in high definition and surround sound in the stylish cinema room.

Four beautiful en suite bedrooms are available. Three super king bedrooms can be made as twin beds. A further master bedroom has a super king-size bed and a lavish en suite bathroom with a huge shower with two showers, a bath and twin sinks. All the bathrooms have electric towel rails, under-floor heating, mirrors with lights, shaving and toothbrush sockets. Up to two further guests can be accommodated through sofa beds.

Outside there is seating for 8 under the gorgeous Mulberry Trees. You can also sit undercover in the ‘outside/inside’ area which has outdoor furniture by Bramblecrest, whilst a Weber charcoal BBQ is great for al fresco dining when the sun is shining. Unwind in the superb Jacuzzi which sits 6, the perfect way to soak away your troubles while enjoying a glass of bubbly. The property is surrounded by a large grassed garden that is fenced, making them great for your four-legged friends.

Horses are welcome and there are two stables that are available for an additional cost.

We are in a brilliant position for discovering the area. Lots of good pubs are within easy reach, including The Hunworth Bell, The Kings Head at Letheringsett, The Wiveton Bell and The Pigs at Edgefield. Visit the renowned Holkham Beach or wander around one of the many scenic footpaths in the area. Superb attractions to visit include:
