Bluefolds Cottages, Glenlivet, Ballindalloch, Morayshire
Bluefolds Cottages are situated high on Ben Rinnes in Glenlivet on the edge of the Cairngorms National Park in Moray Speyside. They sleep: 2-4; 2-6; 2-8. Our cottages have direct access to the hills. This area is ideal for dogs of all sizes. The cottages are surrounded by a fenced garden and visitors and pets are free to walk on the hill behind the cottages. There are also many way marked trails in Glenlivet including the Morinsh Woods a firm favourite with visitors and their dogs. The Moray Coast with its endless sand beaches is just a short distance away. Lossiemouth east beach is great for dogs to run, swim or gently walk with their family.
There are 4 cottages at Bluefolds: all have multi-fuel stoves for added warmth on cool nights; views to the mountains in the Cairngorms National Park; plenty of parking space and free Wi-Fi. Linen, towels and tea towels are provided in all cottages.
Folds Cottage: sleeps 2-8. It is a detached 3 bedroomed house with 2 bathrooms up the hill from the Steading Building which houses the other 3 cottages.
Glenlivet Cottage: sleeps 2-6. It is an end cottage of the Steading building with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The bedrooms are up 4 steps from the lounge which has patio doors to enjoy the views.
Aberlour Cottage: Sleeps 2-4. It is the centre cottage of the Steading building and has patio doors opening into a walled courtyard. It has 2 bedrooms with 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs.
Dronach Cottage: Sleeps 2-6. It is an end cottage of the Steading building with patio doors to enjoy the views. Both its bedrooms are upstairs.
There is plenty to see and do in the area including The Moray Coast, lots of castles, whisky distilleries and stunning walks.
