Black Swan Guest House is a tastefully renovated guest house located in the small Lincolnshire village of Marton. We're also just 5 miles south of the historic market town of Gainsborough and just a 20 minute drive from the picturesque city of Lincoln.

Our main building consists of a premier room with a lovely four poster bed, sofa and a large shower room. There are also 3 standard double bedrooms, a twin bedded room and a singled bedded room. All of the rooms are superbly appointed and well equipped with all the modern conveniences you could possibly need.

The Stable Block Ground Floor Annexe comprises of a further 3 bedrooms:

Cromwell is a spacious family room comprising one double bed and a set of full size bunk beds, sofa plus table and chairs.

Turpin is a spacious room comprising twin beds, sofa plus table and chairs.

Gainsborough is a red brick market town and river port has retained some of its 18th century buildings, but its jewel is Gainsborough Old Hall where kings have dined. Walk inside this awesome past. Take in the wonderful view of the Trent Valley, almost to the Humber, from the top of the tower in the Old Hall.
