Sea View Holiday Cottages offers adult only self catering accommodation in the market town of Louth. Our dog friendly cottages are a short stroll from the Saltfleetby / Theddlethorpe Dunes and National Nature Reserve.

We have two cottages to choose from. Each cottage is tastefully furnished and provided with a range of facilities to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

Horseshoe Cottage

Originally converted from a barn, the cottage now provides quality accommodation to suit all your needs. The ground-level cottage has a large bedroom for a peaceful night’s sleep. The well-equipped kitchen has a full-size fridge, oven & hob plus microwave. Unwind in the cosy living room which has a TV and comfortable seating. The bathroom has a full-sized bath with a shower over and all towels and bedding are provided.

Cloverleaf Cottage

This beautifully converted barn offers self catering accommodation on one level and has a secure garden area with garden furniture for al fresco dining. The bedroom comes with a large double bedroom and there is a shower room. The fully equipped kitchen has a full-size fridge, oven & hob plus microwave. Unwind in the cosy living room which has a TV.

This part of the country is a haven for nature lovers, with lots of walking routes dotted around. There is a selection of marked walks among the sand dunes of the Nature Reserve, perfect for admiring views over Skegness, the Lincolnshire Wolds and to Donna Nook. Attractions to visit include:
