Lower Sutton Farm is located less than a mile from the unspoilt southwest coast of the Isle of Wight, making it an ideal destination for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Situated between Chale and Brighstone on the Military Road (A3055), the farm, also known as "The Dinosaur Farm", offers a peaceful rural setting within a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).

Accommodation at Lower Sutton Farm includes five six-berth caravans set in a rural location near the farm buildings. Each caravan has three bedrooms, a shower and a flushing toilet. They come fully equipped with electric lighting, a fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, gas cooker, fire and water heater, with hot water supplied to all sinks and showers. Electricity and gas are included in the stay, offering a comfortable and convenient experience for guests.

Due to the farm’s remote location, own transport is recommended, as the nearest bus route is approximately three miles away. However, this seclusion is part of its charm, offering a tranquil setting away from the hustle and bustle. Quoted by the Vectis Astronomical Society in the Isle of Wight County Press, Lower Sutton Farm has also been praised as one of the best locations on the island for stargazing, thanks to its dark skies and unobstructed views. The area is perfect for walking, bird watching, stargazing, fossil hunting and cycling, with the Isle of Wight Cycle Route and a network of lanes and rights of way close by. The shops, pub and cafés of Brighstone are just two miles away, while the nearest beach can be reached via Shepherd’s Chine, less than a mile from the farm. Compton Bay, widely regarded as one of the best beaches on the island, is only five miles away.
