Great Glen Yurts in Fort William offers superb glamping accommodation. We are nestled on a scenic organic farm in the West Highlands in a glorious location, with the majestic Ben Nevis in the background. Our glamping site in Inverness-shire is truly the perfect place to escape from the pressures of modern life.

We are a paradise for outdoor lovers looking to experience nature at its finest. Our fabulous yurts are beautifully furnished and come with comfy double beds, fluffy feather duvets and pillows, sheepskin rugs, lanterns and toasty woodburning stoves for the winter months. The family yurts come with bunk beds and the all the yurts have sofa beds.

All the yurts have a separate open kitchen which has been wonderfully hand-crafted from trees grown on our farm. Excellent facilities include gas rings to cook on, a toaster, kettle, fridge, mugs, pots, pans, plates and utensils. A barrel BBQ is also available and a fire pit is perfect for huddling around whilst gazing at the starry night sky. All guests share a communal shower/toilet block.

Based near the idyllic river, we have a charming shepherd hut that enjoys glorious views of Ben Nevis. The hut is great for couples looking for somewhere special to stay and includes a double bed. Inside there is a wood burner and a table and chairs. Outside is covered space for rainy days and basic cooking facilities.

This part of Scotland has so much amazing scenery to savour. The area has lots of glorious walking and cycle routes, whilst Lochaber has a brilliant mountain bike course. You can climb Ben Nevis or kayak on one of the beautiful lochs. Fort William has a pool, sauna and steam room, whilst yoga can be enjoyed at the Three Wise Monkey’s climbing wall.
