Whether you're planning an overnight stop, a weekend getaway, a walking holiday, or just a few peaceful days in idyllic countryside, Grove Farm warmly welcomes you. Our 500-acre organic dairy farm is situated between the River Severn and the Forest of Dean, offering abundant wildlife and stunning views across the Severn Vale to the Cotswolds.

We provide two cosy double guest rooms, one with an en suite shower, the other with a private bathroom, complete with tea and coffee-making facilities. A full English or Continental breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Guests can relax in their own drawing room, featuring a woodburning stove, television, comfy seating, books and local information. The large garden and shaded terrace offer a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beautiful views.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome, provided they get along with our friendly dog, Cheena. As a working organic farm, animals and wildlife are central to life here. Our dairy herd grazes nearby fields and the surrounding woods are home to deer, badgers, foxes and wild boar.

There is so much to see and do in the area, the nearby Forest of Dean offers scenic woodland walks, bike trails and pony trekking, along with a rich history dating back to pre-Roman times. The village of Newnham is also a great spot to witness the Severn Bore, with impressive high tides occurring in February/March and August/September. Other places to visit include:
