Yapham Cottages comprises three period stone barn conversions set on a valley slope within landscaped gardens, accessed via a private drive in North Devon. With stunning landscapes, incredible places to explore and a wide range of activities, Yapham Cottages is the perfect base for discovering North Devon and Cornwall.

All of our cottages are dog-friendly, as we understand the importance of finding accommodation that welcomes your four-legged family members. Situated down a 500m driveway off a quiet country lane, the location ensures minimal traffic, making it a safe and peaceful retreat.

Shipload Cottage - Sleeps 4

This is our largest cottage and features a double bedroom, a bathroom and a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower. The cottage offers a split-level living area, with the fully equipped kitchen and dining area on one level and the living room on another. There is central heating and Wi-Fi is available, there is also a private patio and fenced garden accessible from the kitchen.

Barley Cottage - Sleeps 2

This is a bright and airy space with a conservatory that overlooks our orchard and bird feeders just outside the door. The centrally heated cottage includes a double bedroom with en suite shower, lounge and kitchen, along with a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi access. There is a fenced garden & patio.

Windbury Cottage - Sleeps 2

This is a cosy one-bedroom cottage with a double bed with en suite shower room, fitted kitchen, flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. The cottage also has central heating throughout and is well-equipped with kitchen essentials. Its patio is a sun trap in the summer months, making it an ideal spot to relax.

Visiting North Devon

Located in the picturesque North Devon countryside, just over a mile from the village of Hartland, the cottages sit along a 500m driveway, with the nearest neighbour on the opposite side of the valley. The quiet lane ensures minimal noise and creates a safe, serene environment. Our property features a paddock where your dogs can run free and a woodland, the lack of light pollution provides breathtaking stargazing opportunities on clear nights. The woodland does have steps, bridges and boardwalks to assist access. Yapham Cottages is the perfect place to relax, unwind and recharge.
