Situated in the peaceful North Devon countryside, The Big Barn is a spacious five-bedroom holiday home accommodating up to 16 guests. This family and pet-friendly retreat features a private hot tub, games room and garden, perfect for a getaway close to North Devon’s beautiful beaches.

The central living room, filled with natural light and character, includes comfy sofas, an armchair and a double-sided wood-burning stove shared with the second living room. The adjacent reception room offers additional seating, a smart TV, DVD player and a karaoke machine.

Down the corridor is a ground floor bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the bathroom, equipped with a shower, wash basin, and WC.

The open-plan kitchen/diner, perfect for large groups, features modern appliances and a dining table for up to 16. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in the games room.

Upstairs, four family bedrooms offer ample sleeping arrangements. The first has a double bed and two singles with an en-suite bathroom. The second, lit by a skylight, includes a double and a single bed with an en-suite. The third features a king-size bed and a single, plus an en-suite. The fourth and largest room, doubling as the Master Bedroom, includes a king-size bed, two singles, and a privacy separator, along with an en-suite bathroom with a bath and handheld shower.

The garden is family-friendly, with an undercover seating area, boules court, swing seat, charcoal BBQ and a fenced area for dogs. The games room offers a pool table, table tennis, table football, dartboard, and houses the hot tub for relaxation after exploring North Devon.
