Our gorgeous shepherd huts in Devon are nestled on Ilton Farm Campsite, surrounded by 100 acres of glorious countryside, perfect for a magical holiday. The delightful market town of Kingsbridge is only 5 miles away and the sailing mecca of Salcombe is within a mile and a half.

Our range of stunning shepherd huts are ideal for an unforgettable holiday in a scenic location. The huts have been finished to the highest standards to provide lavish accommodation. Excellent facilities include 600 thread count pure cotton linen, sumptuous throws and blankets for those chilly days and BBQs for al fresco dining.

The Sand Castle and The Foxes Den: These charming huts have been wonderfully crafted and sourced from sustainable Devon trees. The hut offers an array of superb features, including solid wooden exposed beams, delightful wooden windows and a fantastic mezzanine space including a full double bed with a bespoke solid wooden staircase.

The front of the hut has two large, double-glazed doors which enjoy breathtaking views of the Salcombe Estuary. You can cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen which has a bespoke fitted wooden work surface and a fridge, kettle, toaster, two-ring gas hob, sink area, cupboards for storage and basic kitchen utensils. The amenity block is only a short walk away.

The Potting Shed and The Shippen: Our two fabulous huts off everything you need for a magical getaway in the countryside. The luxurious huts have been beautifully crafted by Ashwood Shepherd Huts and are ideal for families. A sumptuous first-floor king-size bed is suitable for adults and 2 separate bunk beds are upstairs for children. The huts boast underfloor heating to keep you toasty for the winter months.

The huts share a washroom/toilet to the back of the hut and the spacious living area is great for unwinding in after a day exploring. Excellent facilities include a comfy sofa, a well-equipped kitchen and a dining table. The outside dining area is perfect for al fresco dining when the sun is shining. All guests have use of the amenity block which includes free hot showers and a laundry facility (coming soon).

We are in the ideal location for enjoying the amazing natural landscape, including glorious beaches, magnificent coves and spectacular countryside. The area is a haven for water sports enthusiasts, whilst the south west coastal path is a great way for taking in the scenery. Brilliant attractions to visit include:
