North Lake Chapel offers outstanding self catering accommodation in East Worlington. Our property near Crediton boasts stunning views of Exmoor and Dartmoor, ideal for a magical holiday in Devon.

Our wonderful property has been beautifully converted from an old chapel dating from 1860. The spacious property sleeps up to 15 people and is great for families, groups or hen dos looking for a tranquil countryside break in idyllic surroundings.

From the entrance hall, a turning staircase leads to a delightful galleried games area featuring a 43-inch TV, Xbox 360 Games console, table football and selection of toys/games/books. A full-height hall window takes advantage of the breathtaking views, and this leads to the open plan sitting/dining/kitchen area. This magnificent full height room has 3 sets of French doors which open onto a lovely balcony area where you can admire the view from. This space features a toasty wood burner and a 55 inch smart TV.

The dining space is great for large gatherings and has a bespoke table, benches and chairs for up to 16 people. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for home-cooking and includes solid oak tops, a double fan oven, four ring induction hob, double butler sink, 4 slot toaster, large slow cooker and dishwasher.

All the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor. The Stable Room is the largest bedroom and leads directly onto the pretty courtyard garden. All three bedroom has French doors which open onto a covered decking area which enjoy glorious countryside views. In total, bedrooms consist of:

Bedroom 1 en suite: King bed, 2 single beds.

Bedroom 2 en suite: Double bed & 1 single bed.

Bedroom 3: Double bed & 2 single beds.

Bedroom 4: Double bed.

Please note, a set of bunk beds are nestled in a small area leading to bedroom 1 and 1 single Z-bed is available on request.

Outside you can relax and unwind in the courtyard garden or soak your troubles away in the luxurious hot tub. Seating surrounds the large fire pit and we provide a BBQ and plenty of outdoor seating for al fresco dining when the sun is shining.

We are fortunate to be surrounded by picturesque countryside, a true haven for outdoor lovers. The National Parks of Exmoor and Dartmoor are within easy reach and we are only 50 minutes from the wonderful North Devon coast. Great attractions to visit include:
