This wonderful mansion offers a touch of grandeur in a glorious location. The original house was converted into 3 houses in 2009. The east wing now provides superb facilities in the original tower, boasting 5 beautiful bedrooms, including a sumptuous four-poster room, a spacious diner and a contemporary kitchen. There are two spacious bathrooms plus a genuine antique toilet on the ground floor.

On the ground floor there is also a delightful lounge with a large dining area which enjoys sea and estuary views through the feature windows. The welcoming lounge comes with a wonderful 16th Century fireplace and a glorious arched ceiling and chandeliers. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up some home-cooked delights, is well stocked and has a range of appliances, including a dishwasher, cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer.

The first floor has twin and double rooms, and a Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower. The double room enjoys sea views from the bay window. The second-floor houses 2 further bedrooms, a double and twin room. Both rooms share a bathroom. The tower room is an opulent four-poster room that offers breathtaking views over the sea and estuary. Explore a little further up the stone spiral staircase to discover the amazing tower area where you can really savour the view.

Outside there is a huge garden with a summerhouse and ample outdoor furniture, great for al fresco dining in the afternoon sun.

Teignmouth has several gorgeous long beaches, an open-air swimming pool, a sports centre, many shops, restaurants and pubs. The quaint town of Shaldon is a short walk or drive away or can be reached by taking a short scenic trip on the riverboat ferry. Great attractions to visit include:
