Spring Barn offers stunning views of surrounding woodland and countryside from both the garden and first floor. Accessed from the garden, the lower hallway welcomes guests with a tiled floor and convenient storage for coats and shoes. The kitchen/dining room is a spacious, open-plan area with beamed ceilings, featuring a well-equipped shaker-style kitchen including an electric ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave and blender. Additional appliances like a fridge and tumble dryer are housed in an outbuilding. Children's crockery and cutlery are provided and a large oak table comfortably seats 10.

Off the upper hall, a cloakroom offers a WC and wash-hand basin for added convenience. The expansive living room, accessible from the dining room, boasts a feature window with garden and countryside views. It includes three 3-seater sofas, a log burner with built-in safety guard, a wall-mounted plasma screen TV with Freeview, Apple TV, and a Sonos wireless stereo system. A Nintendo Wii entertainment system, a basket of infant toys, and a small book library enhance relaxation.

The ground floor hosts four bedrooms in total. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, wardrobe, drawers and an en-suite with a bath, overhead shower, wash-hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed, wardrobe, drawers and an en-suite with shower, wash-hand basin, WC, and heated towel rail. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are similarly sized twin rooms, each equipped with two single beds and wardrobe or drawers. A fifth bedroom/study on the first floor includes a two-seater futon that extends to a double bed. Stairs with built-in stair gate at the top to ensure safety, plus travel cot and high-chair. All necessary bedding and towels are provided. Additionally, a family bathroom on the ground floor features a bath, overhead shower, wash-hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Outside, the property boasts large, extensive west-facing gardens with lawns and paved areas. An upper level gate opens to a lane leading to Hope Cove, accompanied by a gravelled area with a picnic bench. Steps lead to a lower area with further lawn, a paved section with table, chairs and a sun-umbrella and a Little Tikes junior activity slide. The gardens are fully enclosed, making them ideal for children to play safely. There is parking for up to 4 cars/boats maximum. EV Charger now installed - Operated via the Monta App.

The peaceful hamlet of Bolberry is situated in a valley less than half a mile from the National Trust-owned Bolberry Down and the dramatic South West coast path. The village of Malborough, with two pubs, a post office and a mini-supermarket, is a mile or so away. A similar distance down the valley is the delightful old fishing village of Hope Cove with beautiful sandy beaches, tea room, shop, Hope & Anchor pub and restaurants.
