Most of the rooms come with modern en suite facilities and the rooms include Freeview television, tea & coffee making facilities, a radio alarm clock and hairdryer. Baby monitors and travel cots are available subject to availability at no extra cost. We are also happy to welcome contractors and offer discounts for longer stay.

We have a large family bar with a good selection of beers, wines and spirits including single malt whiskies, with a selection of bar food in the evening. For the more active we have a pool table, dart board and piano. The bar looks out onto the patio area. Beyond the patio area, there is ample parking in our own car park.

Next to the bar is our breakfast room which is bright and airy and we hope you will enjoy our freshly cooked to order breakfasts.

Ilfracombe has its own harbour, the Landmark Theatre with full entertainment programme, a night club, cinema and plenty of great eating places and ‘watering holes'. It also offers a heated indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, crazy golf, a promenade and a good selection of shops.

The Tunnels Beaches and Cafe Blue Bar are just 150 yards away. The Tunnels were built in Victorian times with separate bathing facilities for men and women—but both beaches are now unisex. The Cafe Blue Bar is a good place to relax while the children are playing in the play area.
