The property features three bedrooms:

– One with a double bed.

– One with twin beds.

– One with a single bed and a pull-down single bed.

– A travel cot/playpen and high chair are also supplied.

The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric cooker with a double oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer and all necessary crockery and utensils. The lounge/dining room includes a settee, seats, table, chairs, TV and DVD player. The bathroom features a bath, shower, toilet and hand washbasin.

Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided, and electricity is run on a pay-as-you-go meter which accepts new £1 coins. The property offers a level approach with free parking by the door for ease of access.

We are happy to accommodate well-behaved dogs. The property is situated in 40 acres of grassland, with a grassed play area featuring sand pits and activity/climbing frames for children. Additionally, it is just minutes away from three miles of sandy beaches.
