River Valley Country Park is a serene four-star lodge and caravan park located near Penzance in Cornwall. Rose Cottage - Sleeps 8

This charming cottage is brimming with traditional features, ideal for family or friends. The well-equipped kitchen/dining area is perfect for social meals, while the adjacent lounge with a log burner, large Smart TV (complete with Netflix) and Sonos speaker invites relaxation. A cosy snug nearby offers additional space with sofas, a Smart TV, PlayStation, games and books. The utility room houses laundry facilities and space for drying dogs after country walks. Upstairs, four bedrooms await, including a master with a king-sized bed and ensuite. The family bathroom features a corner shower and a freestanding roll-top bath. Outside, enjoy a timber gazebo with a hot tub, outdoor kitchen and a sunken firepit, all set in private, enclosed gardens with a driveway and EV charging point.

Riverside Retreat - Sleeps 12

Perfect for larger groups, this beautifully decorated holiday home accommodates up to 12 guests across six bedrooms. The expansive living room features a wood burner, 65” Smart TV (with Sky and Netflix) and a Bose speaker. The stylish kitchen/dining room includes modern appliances and a large table for 12, alongside a 40” Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker. Unwind in the snug filled with books or head to the games room, equipped with an Xbox, large Smart TV, pool table, and board games. Each bedroom is uniquely styled with a TV, DVD player, dressing table, hairdryer, and radio/alarm clock. The main bathroom includes a Jacuzzi, and three bedrooms have ensuite facilities. Outdoors, the garden features an indoor BBQ lodge, undercover BBQ kitchen, sunken fire pit and a hot tub gazebo for ultimate relaxation.
