We’d love to welcome you to stay in one of our sympathetically converted barns, set around an historic farmyard. Although no longer a working farm, we are surrounded by woodland and pasture, with far reaching rural views and yet less than five minutes drive to the beach.

These traditional Cornish cottages are self-contained and equipped to the highest standard to help make your stay feel like a real home from home. All bedding, linen and towels provided, which will be changed weekly if required during longer stays. We have ample secure free parking on site.

Carthouse offers an intimate retreat for two, while Wagtail and Swallow are ideal for couples or families with children, sleeping up to four comfortably with the option of a travel cot for infants.

The holiday cottages offer comfortable living and dining space with contemporary fully fitted kitchens including a dishwasher. Laundry facilities are also available on site for guest use. The cottages are centrally heated but feature wood burning stoves, private enclosed gardens with brick barbecues, all of which enjoy far reaching views of the surrounding countryside.

Smart TV’s with Optical Soundbars and DAB radios with Bluetooth speakers in each of the bedrooms are complemented by provision of USB charging points for mobile devices. Stay connected with free and unlimited Wi-Fi powered by our superfast broadband connection.

We love to extend a warm welcome to your pets, with up to two dogs staying free. Our purpose-built indoor dog wash helps ensure that they stay in tip top condition after a long day at the beach. As dog owners ourselves, we take pride in being a truly dog-friendly destination, and know that by providing the best for your pets, you will be able to enjoy your stay to the full.

We are very lucky to be close to some amazing wildlife. We have an active local population of Barn and Tawny Owls which we see most evenings in the Summer months, and have recently become aware that we sit within the territory of a Peregrine Falcon who is becoming a regular visitor, not to mention our resident population of Swallows and Bats. Deer and Buzzards are frequent visitors, and often visible along the river valley below us. With the opportunity to walk and explore the locality, you will soon become familiar with our local flora and fauna.
