Higher Pentreath Campsite in Praa Sands is perfect for a memorable camping holiday, set in the glorious West Country. Based near Penzance in idyllic Cornwall, we are great for a tranquil getaway.

Our picturesque site is a haven for out lovers looking for a back-to-basics holiday in a wonderful setting, nestled by the beach. We enjoy glorious views of Praa Sands and the Cornish coastline, ideal for the ultimate coastal retreat.

Onsite we have a range of well-maintained facilities, including hot showers and a laundry room with a washer and dryer, plus a freezer. Outside there is a shower and there is a hair dryer in the women’s toilets.

In the summer, we have a delightful catering van that offers excellent food.

In the high season (school summer holidays), we have visiting catering vans on-site with different food on different nights. We are also only a 6-minute walk to the beach and sand bar.

Only a short stroll away is the sandy beach and relaxing sand bar. Lots of great pubs are a short drive away, with The Godolphin in Marazion offering lovely food to tuck into. The whole family can enjoy a great day out at Flambards Theme Park. Superb attractions to visit include:

Land’s End.
