Our gorgeous house is perfect for a magical getaway in a glorious location. The cottage has been beautifully renovated to a high standard to meet all your needs, great for a family or group holiday.

Downstairs there is a large kitchen/diner with timber floors, Shaker-style cabinets, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer and washing machine. Enjoy a lovely home-cooked meal around the oak table that seats 8. Sliding doors open onto a large decking are with seating. Unwind in the cosy lounge after a day sightseeing. Features include a log fire, large flat-screen TV, decorated Farrow Ball coastal hues and comfy sofas.

Upstairs there is a fabulous master en suite bedroom with a super king bed. The second bedroom comes with 2 single beds ( a zip and link bed that be made into a twin or super king). A third bedroom has a king-size bed. All the bedrooms come with brand-new Hypnos beds. A shower room comes with a bath, WC and handbasin.

Outside there is a large timber deck with a dining table, chairs and parasol, great for al fresco dining whilst savouring the views.

We are in the ideal location for exploring the area, just a 15-minute stroll to Readymoney Cove, a wonderful sandy beach with a cafe and shop. You can also visit the picturesque beaches at Par Sands, St Austell Bay and Carlyon Beach. You can also head into Fowey and try one of the brilliant restaurants and inns, 3 of which are in the prestige Michelin Guide. Superb attractions to visit include:
