Primrose Cottage - Sleeps 4

Primrose Cottage at Tolraggott Farm is a cosy getaway for a couple or small family. It features an open-plan ground floor with a lounge, fitted oak kitchen and dining area. Upstairs is a bathroom and a double bedroom with a king-size bed. The lounge includes a sofa bed, TV and DVD player and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. French doors open onto a slate patio with loungers, a barbecue and an enclosed garden, all offering lovely countryside views.

Barton Cottage - Sleeps 8

Barton Cottage is a spacious, character-filled holiday home at Tolraggott Farm, featuring original beams and a large garden with countryside views. Sleeping up to eight guests, it includes a double bedroom with en-suite shower, a family room with a double and single bed, a twin room and a single bedroom. The ground floor has a pine kitchen, lounge with a feature fireplace and TV, dining room and a separate toilet. Rose Cottage - Sleeps 8

Rose Cottage is a spacious, recently converted Cornish slate and stone barn at Tolraggott Farm, ideal for a large family or two smaller groups. Sleeping up to eight, it offers two double bedrooms and a twin room upstairs with a bathroom, plus a ground-floor twin room with a nearby shower room for added flexibility. The cottage features a large oak kitchen-dining room with granite worktops, an Aga and modern appliances, along with a separate lounge with cosy sofas, a fireplace, TV and DVD player. French doors open to a stone patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, all overlooking beautiful countryside views. Barn End Cottage is a traditional Cornish slate and stone barn conversion in the Dinham Courtyard, comfortably sleeping six guests. Sleeping up to four guests, it’s perfect for a small family or one or two couples, with countryside views and an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The cottage includes a well-equipped oak kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine with dryer, a comfortable lounge with TV and DVD player, a double bedroom, a twin room and a family bathroom. Outside, there’s a spacious garden with a patio, barbecue and outdoor furniture. Electric heating is provided throughout.
