Spread across 43 acres, it serves as an ideal base for exploring West Wales, from the sandy beaches of Cardigan Bay and historic castles to the scenic Wales Coastal Path and lush countryside.

Happy Donkey Hill provides a tranquil retreat tailored for groups of friends, family gatherings and romantic escapes, making it an adults-only destination where children under the age of 9 are not accommodated.

Each cottage at Happy Donkey Hill features a private covered hot tub and is fully dog-friendly, welcoming any number of pets. The cottages also include enclosed gardens and a secure play paddock for off-lead enjoyment. Guests can also enjoy shared access to a gym/games room equipped with table tennis, darts, and a sauna.

The Dairy

A luxurious detached single-storey cottage with vaulted ceilings, open beams and spacious rooms overlooking open countryside and a donkey sanctuary. It includes a delightful sitting room with a 60" Smart TV and a woodburner, three charming bedrooms (one with a four-poster bed and en-suite), a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and shared utility facilities.

Millers Cottage

A delightful cottage with two bedrooms, including a super king-size double bed (or twin beds by arrangement) with an en-suite jet shower and a double bedroom with a balcony and en-suite shower. It features a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with a woodburner and 42" Smart TV and shared utility facilities.

The Stables

Perfect for a romantic countryside escape, this barn conversion offers a private hot tub, gym and sauna. It boasts a super king-size double bed with a Japanese Maple bath in the bedroom, an en-suite jet shower and an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburner. Guests also have shared access to a separate utility room.

All properties at Happy Donkey Hill share access to a gym with sauna, table tennis and a utility room equipped with washing machines, tumble dryers and large fridges. There is a play arena for dogs to enjoy.
