If you're seeking a haven of peace and tranquillity, Dol-Haidd Isaf’s self-catering holiday cottages in the heart of the renowned West Wales Teifi Valley are the perfect solution. The area has been designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) for its beauty and rich diversity of animal, bird and plant life. In 2006, the Teifi Valley became a Special Area of Conservation (SAC).

Our West Wales Holiday Cottages offer the chance to see a variety of wildlife in their natural environment, including otters, badgers, foxes, buzzards, red kites, barn owls and dippers. Game fishing is available for guests by prior arrangement.

Our self-catering holiday cottages are uniquely situated on a low rise overlooking the River Teifi. The complex, dating back to the 15th century, is of historical and architectural interest. The farmhouse and four cottages are surrounded by 40 acres of grounds and are grouped around a south-facing courtyard. They overlook a lawn bordered by fields and the river area has easy level access, making it suitable for those with disabilities.

Each cottage is self-contained, with a front door opening onto the courtyard and a back door leading to a patio area and the lawn. There is ample parking space adjacent to the cottages, including one electric car charging point operated by a coin meter accepting £1 and £2 coins. The cottages all have an electric cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, crockery, cutlery and television. Heating is provided by storage and convector heaters. Duvet quilts, blankets, bed linen and towels are included. The cottages have a living room with a kitchen area and bathrooms fitted with showers. A large drying/freezer/rod room includes a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer for guest use. We take pride in maintaining clean cottages.

- Holly Cottage: Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin).

Our cottages are ideally situated for discovering the coast and countryside of West Wales. There are three circular walks within three miles of Dol-Haidd Isaf, with many more detailed in the "Teifi and Carmarthenshire Circular Walks" book available in all our cottages. The beaches and coves are unspoilt, with miles of coastline offering spectacular scenery and marine life along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. Grey seals can often be seen from the cove at Mwnt, a National Trust beach and the resident Bottlenose dolphins regularly perform in Cardigan Bay. Five miles downstream from Dol-Haidd Isaf, you can enjoy the sight of salmon and sea trout leaping at Cenarth Falls, home to the National Coracle Centre.

Well-behaved dogs are permitted in all cottages at £20.00 per dog per week.
