The Three Hills is a delightful country pub that welcomes dogs. We offer luxurious ensuite rooms, a two-bedroom flat and an award-winning restaurant. Conveniently located near Cambridge, we're just an hour's journey from London.

We have two charming rooms available in our 17th Century Grade II Listed pub and 4 rooms available in our annex. Each room has a distinctive character and has been beautifully refurbished. All the rooms come with LED soft lighting, Egyptian cotton sheets and Bramley toiletries.

Boxington: This lovely twin en suite room is located on the first floor of the annex and overlooks the pub, village and paddock.

Fayence: Our charming double en suite room comes with a king size bed and is on the first floor of the annex. It boasts superb views of the pub, village and paddocks.

Wykeham: This double en suite room comes with a king size bed and is on the ground floor of the annexe. It is beautifully decorated throughout.

Rosetta: Our wonderful king size en suite room is on the ground floor of the annexe. It comes with an indulgent goose down duvet and Egyptian cotton sheets.

Folland: This small but luxurious room is on the top floor of the pub.

Hardwick: Our luxurious double en suite room comes with a king size bed and is on the top floor of the pub.

Granta: Our two bedroom flat on the first floor of the pub. It has a king sized bedroom and a queen sized bedroom.

We have an elegant and cosy snug/library with a roaring log fire. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind in on a cold Winter’s evening.

Our pub serves an outstanding range of mouth watering dishes. Our dishes are hand crafted using fresh, local produce. You can now dine in our stunning oak beamed orangery and we have a pretty patio area to dine in during the warmer months. You are welcome to stroll around and enjoy the beautiful landscaped garden.

Well behaved dogs are allowed in all bedrooms in our guest house but we do not allow them in the two rooms in the pub - Folland and Hardwick. If you have booked through one of our OTAs and are bringing a dog, please be aware that we will reallocate you to one of our dog friendly rooms. We will charge a surcharge of £10 a night per dog for the additional cleaning costs.
