Our six rather special holiday cottages, sleeping 2 – 6 guests, are set in the beautiful Corvedale countryside of South Shropshire, five miles from Ludlow, the historic capital of the Marches. We offer both self-catering and bed & breakfast accommodation.
The cottages at Sutton Court Farm offer the ideal centre from which to explore South Shropshire. No longer a working farm, but still surrounded by farming activity, the cottages are situated at the end of a quiet lane, set around an attractive courtyard next to our 16th century timbered farmhouse. The surrounding countryside offers walking opportunities directly from your front door.

Former home of Lake Poets Samuel Taylor Coleridge and Robert Southey, Greta Hall is now a family home and three extremely comfortable self-catering accommodation wings and one en-suite bed and breakfast room.

Caroline Cottage, Mousehole, Penzance, Cornwall
Lovely seaside holiday cottage in Mousehole, near Penzance, Cornwall. Spacious and light, with balcony overlooking harbour and Mounts Bay. Sleeps up to 6, or 8 if the annexe is also rented.
Caroline Cottage is a combination of traditional and new. Whilst the front is an old double-fronted granite cottage, the back was rebuilt in the 1970's allowing for roomy hallways (plenty of room for muddy boots and beach shoes!). As is common in Mousehole, the 3 bedrooms and bathroom are on the ground floor.
A pine staircase leads up to the light living room with its wonderful views and French windows to the balcony. The adjoining kitchen/dining room has an exposed granite wall, an old Cornish range, plenty of room for eating and relaxing (and watching the little street and restaurant opposite), and a kitchen area which makes cooking a positive delight. Manor Holding Cottage, Buttonoak, Shropshire
Manor Holding Cottage is a Grade II Listed, half timbered, Jacobean cottage farmhouse built around 1680, using second-hand timbers from a nearby manor house. The cottage's old world charm is enhanced by crooked timber frame, leaning walls and low beams.
The cottage is naturally warm and full of sunlight, set off by white painted walls, pale terracotta and oak floor enhanced by invisible 24/7 under-floor central heating. It is south facing with an enclosed, sheltered front garden and lawns, embracing an intimate, suntrap patio paved in antique bricks.
The farm yard, terminus of the drive, is at the back, on the north side of the cottage. It is surrounded by a ruined stone and brick pig sty, a small converted barn, a high hedge bank, a stone outhouse undergoing renovation and a matching stone scullery leading off the east gable of the cottage.

The Square Cafe offers bed and breakfast accommodation located in Broughton in Furness which retains an unspoilt character and quiet charm in Cumbria.
The roads are relatively quiet and the fells are much as they used to be many years ago. Broughton is a settlement which has kept its identity as a market town and retained its heart and soul. Here you will find members of the farming community and other locals going about their daily business, mixing with visitors who are given a warm welcome.
