In a fold facing the Downs, we have a small site for our twelve well equipped caravans. Each is fitted with a full size cooker and fridge, shower and flush toilet. No TV's are provided. There is plenty of space for car parking nearby and a large field for games.
Our site is peaceful, quiet and in no way commercialised at all. It is very much a traditional campsite. Many of our guests who visted as children themselves, bringing back there own families. Built in picturesque parkland of solid Scandinavian pine they are cool in summer whilst in the spring and autumn they are warm and cosy.
Available for self catering holidays, the Lodges are let on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) or out of school summer holidays short breaks can be arranged. A couples discount is available during low season.

St Leonards Manse, Perthshire, Scotland
Open all year round, except Christmas and New Year. St. Leonard's Manse and the adjoining National Trust's Branklyn Garden are both located up a private slip road just off the Dundee Road. Ample parking to both properties is reserved for you by the main gate in the space we have jointly allocated for disabled visitors.
Set in half an acre of garden, the Manse which is completely non-smoking, has two large double/twin bedrooms which are both ensuite. There are tea and coffee making facilities and both rooms have a colour T.V. There is a spacious dining room, and a very large residents' lounge with views over the town and Tay valley. Dogs are welcome.

Craig Vallich is a newly built cottage in the centre of Ballater.
It comprises a downstairs living area, off which is a small ‘snug’ or TV Room. French doors open to a large deck and enclosed garden.
Downstairs there is also a fully fitted kitchen with large fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, eye level ovens, and dishwasher. The utility room off the kitchen has washing machine and room for drying. This leads directly to the garage which is attached to the cottage. It is centrally heated with underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs. it has all the necessary equipment for a perfect self-catering stay.
Downstirs there is also a double bedroom with ensuite and a separate toilet.
