Our well equipped self catering cottage accommodation will ensure you have an enjoyable and relaxing stay, whether you are here on holiday, on business, looking for somewhere to stay whilst moving house, attending a local wedding, sightseeing, competing in local sports events or having a romantic weekend away from it all. We have eight cottages and can cater for 32 people plus cots.
A complimentary 'Taste's of Lincolnshire' welcome pack of locally produced seasonal products will be placed in weekly holiday-let cottages at the start of your stay. This is not available for short stays.
The cottages have fully equipped kitchens including electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. Some of the cottages also have dishwashers.

The yurts and gypsy caravan all have their own compost loo, kitchen and standpipe of fresh drinking water within 15 feet. The yurts are cosily furnished with a double bed, two double sofa beds, carpets, rugs, cushions and a woodburning stove. The gypsy caravan has a king-sized double bed and space to sleep 1-2 small children. Each kitchen has a bottled gas stove (two rings and a grill), crockery, glassware and cutlery all provided.

HILLSIDE House is a beautiful building dating from the 1790s, though parts of it are much older. According to local tradition it was once a dairy, and the oldest part may date from as early as the 1400s. It is listed (Grade II) as a building of historical interest. The building has been used as a bed and breakfast since the 1940s.
It was home to Thomas Geen a mason and sea merchant from 1833 to 1863. He led the revolt against harbour tolls imposed by the Lord of the Manor. His son Charles was born here in 1840. Charles was the founder of the Electric Light Company in 1890. Artist and headmaster of the Barnstaple School of Art, Theodore Charbonnier lived here with his family from 1899-1920. The building has been used as a bed and breakfast since the 1940s.
