The accommodation is all on the ground floor and is suitable for older or less mobile guests and part time wheelchair users.

The generous living area boasts comfortable seating, widescreen TV, DVD player and a selection of board games and puzzles. For the little ones; The Snug is a smaller room providing the perfect quiet place for children to sit and read.

The well equipped kitchen is modern and spacious with integrated gas hob & electric oven, under counter fridge and freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Just off the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer as well an iron and ironing board. The conservatory provides the ideal dining area with table and chairs capable of seating up to 8.

The 4, well appointed bedrooms have each been tastefully and individually furnished and consist of a double room, twin room (which can be made into a super king if required) with en suite, children’s room with double bunk beds and a master bedroom with king sized bed and en suite shower room.

Outside, is a large enclosed back garden with sunny and shaded areas to relax or play and a bench seat under pergola plus swing seat on the lawn. There is also a double garage and off street parking for up to 4 cars on the front paved driveway.

An important market town with a richly fascinating heritage, the striking combination of medieval architecture, elegant Georgian squares and glorious Cathedral and Abbey gardens provide a distinctive visual charm.
