Nestled on a glorious country estate, set in stunning parkland between the Lowlands and the Highlands, we are the perfect place to escape from the pressures of modern life. We have 4 wonderful properties to choose from, all perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Arnvicar: This gorgeous, whitewashed estate cottage boasts a delightful garden to relax in and a south-facing courtyard. Inside there are 3 attractive bedrooms, including 2 bunk rooms. There is 1 bathroom and downstairs there is a shower room and WC. A well-equipped kitchen/diner is great for home cooking and a lovely lounge includes a delightful open fireplace and smart TV.

Ash and Hawthorn: Our identical barn conversions are set beside each other, offering spectacular views of open farmland. On the ground floor, there is a fantastic open plan kitchen/living area that will suit all your needs. The cosy living area has a toasty wood burner and a smart TV, offering a great spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. In total, there are 2 bedrooms, plus 1 bathroom and a downstairs shower room with a WC.

The Bothy: This charming two-bedroom cottage is based at the end of a 2-mile lane, forming part of a traditional farm courtyard. There’s a south-facing garden and a BBQ, great for al fresco dining in the afternoon sun. On the ground floor, there is a relaxing living room with a wood burner for the winter months and a flat-screen TV, plus a fully equipped kitchen/diner. On the second floor is a twin and double room. Downstairs there is a bathroom.

The Estate is situated on the fringe of the Scottish Highlands and border of the Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park. Just to the north of us is the Lake of Menteith, the only 'Lake' in Scotland. Close by are the famous Trossachs, immortalised by Sir Walter Scott and closely associated with Rob Roy MacGregor and many exciting periods of Scottish History. Cardross Estate really is ideally situated for visiting Scotland's major cities, the Highlands and both coasts.
