Pets, you will adore Little Briar Cottage in Lochearnhead. Why? Aside from the unrivalled views, there is plenty of run around, stick collecting and ball retrieving space from the front door to the paddock. And a splash in stream! You can go straight out the door to stretch your legs or for other necessities. The compact cottage is elevated within three acres of sniffable garden with exceptional views over Loch Earn, Edinample Castle and Glen Ample. If you like swimming, use the loch garden and slipway to show off your skills. Your owners are welcome to join you. They might prefer trout fishing in season from the jetty and slipway, fun putting on the lawn and petanque on the piste with boules, putters and golf balls supplied. Little Briar is available all year round.

Our self catering cottage sleeps up to 3 guests in one double and one single room with a bathroom that includes an electric power shower. You can find a comfy spot in the lounge or bring your basket if it suits you. The stone paved decking outside the kitchen has a partial roof for shelter and a wire mesh fence so that you can see out. 2 wooden gates mean that your owners can keep an eye on you if necessary. There are some toys, a water hose and a couple of drinking bowls that you are welcome to use. If you only bring 2 guests then you can bring a pal or relative along. Two pets and 2 guests or 1 pet and 3 guests to ensure comfort within the space. There are 2 pet friendly hotels within 200m of the garden gates and the off road walks on Sustrans route 7 from Lochearnhead are fabulous all year round.
