The Cottage B & B, Brackley, Northamptonshire

The Cottage B & B comprises well appointed self contained accommodation within a few minutes walking distance from Brackley town centre with many restaurants, takeaways, pubs and waitrose supermarket.

Arrival & Departure Times – Guests are asked not to arrive before 3pm and to leave the accommodation by 11am on day of departure. If for any reason this is inconvenient then please advise at time of booking/arrival.

Breakfast – Is served between 7am and 9am in the conservatory of the main house.

If possible, please advise the evening before the approximate time you require breakfast.

We alo have The Flat which is available for B&B or self catering.

Ground Floor:
Lounge/Kitchen area with comfortable sofa, TV with freeview digital and DVD.
The well equipped kitchen area includes fridge, microwave oven, mini oven and grill, toaster and ample crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, etc.

First Floor:
Pleasant twin-bedded room with wardrobe and drawer space, TV, Video ,radio/alarm en-suite bathroom and shower. This unit is fully equipped for self catering, if required. Adjoining bunk bed room can be accessed from the first floor bedroom to make very comfortable family accommodation. Travel Cot and High Chair seat also available on request.

All guests have use of outside patio seating areas, BBQ and garden. Off road secure parking.

The Garden Room is a self contained unit with ensuite facilities, including a power shower.

Bed/Sitting room with twin beds, wardrobe, table & chairs, freeview digital TV, radio/ alarm, Tea/coffee making facilities and fridge.

The property is ideally located with good road links and public transport routes to Silverstone Circuit ( less than 10 minutes drive ), Oxford, Stratford upon Avon, The Cotswolds, Banbury, Northampton and Milton Keynes.

Silverstone – less than 10 mins drive to the “Home of British Motor Racing” and the F1 circuit and rally track.

Towcester Racecourse – regular National Hunt meetings.

Stoke Bruerne – The canal and canal museum, traditional pubs and restaurants.

Stowe Landscape Gardens and School – National Trust property with superb gardens and woods.
