We have 7 apartments to choose from. All the flats have use of our spacious patio area, with table tennis available. Each flat comes with a range of facilities to suit all your needs. Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided for your arrival.

Flatlet 1

Our studio flat is on the second floor and sleeps 2 in a double bed in the lounge area. En suite facilities include a shower and WC. There is a smart TV and a DVD player, plus a kitchen with a range of appliances including an oven/hob, fridge and freezer.

Flatlet 2

We offer accommodation for 4 people in this first-floor apartment. A full-size pull-down bed is in the lounge and a separate bedroom has 3ft bunk beds. En suite facilities include a shower and WC. There is a smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven/hob and a fridge with a freezer compartment.

Flatlet 3

Our first-floor apartment sleeps 2 in a full-size pull-down double bed in the lounge area. En suite facilities include a shower and WC. There is a smart TV plus a kitchen with a range of appliances including an oven/hob, fridge and freezer compartment.

Flatlet 4

We offer accommodation for 4 people plus a sofa. There is a bedroom with a double bed, en suite shower and full-size bunk beds in the alcove area. A sofa bed is in the lounge. Facilities include a smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen including an oven/hob, fridge, with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Flatlet 5

Our lower ground floor studio apartment sleeps 4 in a full-size pull double bed in the lounge area and a bedroom with bunk beds. The en suite includes a shower and WC. There is a smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven/hob, fridge, with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and toaster. French doors open to the communal patio area.

Flatlet 6

We offer accommodation for 4 people in this lower ground floor studio apartment. A full-size pull-down double bed is in the lounge area and there is a bedroom with bunk bed. En suite facilities include a shower and WC. There is a smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven/hob, fridge, with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and toaster. French doors open to the communal patio area.

Flatlet 7

Our first-floor apartment sleeps 2 plus an additional 2 people in a large double bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge. En suite facilities include a shower/toilet. There is a 55’’ Smart TV in the lounge and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven/hob, fridge/ freezer microwave, kettle, dishwasher and toaster. Outside we have a small balcony to unwind on in the morning sun.

While staying with us you can head into Ryde, home to restaurants, shops, cafes and pubs. You can visit Osborne House, Queen Victoria’s family home. Take a trip on the Isle of Wight Steam Railway or have a fun day out at Tapnell Farm which offers animals, indoor and outdoor adventure play, go-karts, giant bouncing pillows and crazy golf. Attractions to visit include:
