This area, including Flamborough and Bempton, forms part of the Heritage Coast, renowned for its dramatic cliff top walks, stunning vistas and the R.S.P.B. nature reserve at Bempton Cliffs, hosting England's largest seabird colony.

Clydesdale and Suffolk Punch Cottages - These cottages accommodate up to four guests in one double and two single rooms, with an additional guest bed available upon request. The kitchen-dining space comes fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, iron, ironing board and dishwasher. The living room is elegantly furnished, featuring a Freeview TV with DVD player. The layout includes a single bedroom on the ground floor and two more bedrooms on the first floor (one double and one single, plus an extra Z bed). A bathroom with a shower, bath, and toilet is also located upstairs.

Shire and Belgian Cottage - Designed for two guests, these cottages feature a double bedroom on the first floor. The kitchen-dining area is well-appointed with a gas stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board. The living room, furnished in good taste, includes a TV with DVD player. The bathroom, equipped with a shower, bath and toilet, is also situated on the first floor.

Percheron and Ardennes Cottages - These cottages sleep up to three people in one double and one single room. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with modern amenities including a gas cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board. The living area offers comfortable furnishings along with a TV and DVD player. The bedrooms are located on the first floor, while the shower room and toilet are conveniently located on the ground floor.

Onsite there is also a farm shop, tea rooms and a super play area for children.
