Doe Park Caravan Site is a family-run, tranquil site situated at Cotherstone in beautiful Teesdale. Our caravan site in Durham is set within gorgeous countryside.

Nestled in the paddocks, our level sheltered pitches offer countryside views. A range of pitches are available, including grass or hardstanding pitches. Each pitch has electric hook up.

We have two modern heated toilet and shower blocks (showers 20p) with baby changing facilities and disabled facilities. There is a laundry room with a washer, dryer and iron and we have dishwashing facilities available.

Other facilities include:

Freshwater, Greywater and chemical toilet disposal points.

Rubbish and recycling points.

Calor gas exchange.

Only a 10-minute stroll from us is a dog friendly pub and the village shop is a quarter of a mile away. Walks available from the site include lots of countryside dog walks. There is a local, regular bus service from the site entrance. Visit the market town of Barnard Castle, home to shops and its famous castle. Attractions to visit include:

High Force & The River Tees.

Eggleston Hall Gardens.

Raby Castle.

The Upper Dale.

The Bowes Museum.
