Sands House is a pet friendly self catering home near to Durham city centre. The holiday home is conveniently located for accessing public transport and attractions.

This self catering accommodation has a spacious, fully fitted kitchen which including a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining table. The living room has a TV, 6ft pool table and sofa bed. There is also a conservatory with seating.

Upstairs there is an en suite double and spacious twin. There is also a family bathroom which has a shower over the bath. An additional WC can be found on the ground floor.

Outside a large garden is to the rear.

Clothes/washing drying facilities are located in an outbuilding. Car parking is available in the garden subject to height restriction of 1.85m otherwise parking will be by on street permit which will be provided.
