Stallance is a four bedroomed holiday home overlooking the sea in Looe, Cornwall. Sleeping up to eight adults; the house is superbly situated for family holidays and the area around Looe has some fabulous places to visit and many your dog will enjoy too.

The ground floor has a perfect family layout comprising of an attractive open plan kitchen/dining area including a 7 ring gas burner, double oven, extractor, dishwasher, microwave and food processor, a breakfast bar and large extendable dining table. A comfy lounge with a flat screen TV and comfy seating offers gorgeous views across the gardens.

Downstairs there is a double bedroom and a wonderful wet room. Upstairs there are 2 spacious double bedrooms, with both boasting amazing views over Looe Bay and the island. One bedroom has a king size bed and en suite facilities, whilst he other has a super king-size. A fourth bedroom comes with a twin bed and the family bathroom has a bath and a walk-in shower.

All linen and towels are provided and there is also free Wi-Fi available throughout.

The secure, large rear garden is the perfect place to stretch energetic legs and our great seaside location means there is a tennis court, café, tea room, beach, coastal path, bowls and mini-golf just outside the front door.

Life slows down in South East Cornwall, but not to the point where you won't find things to do. From the bustling fishing harbour and sandy beaches of Looe to the hidden villages and parkland of the Rame peninsula, from the wide open spaces of Bodmin Moor to the sheltered river valleys of the Tamar and Fowey, there is something in the area for everyone.

Nearby attractions include Cothele House, Lanhydrock, the Eden Project, Polperro, Fowey and the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Bodmin Moor and the North Coast which are within an hour’s drive.
