Colquite Holiday Cottage, Fowey, Cornwall

Our comfortable well equipped self catering holiday cottage near Fowey,sleeps 6 (plus cot).

On the entrance level, the large master bedroom has a beamed ceiling and a king sized double bed. There is an adjacant separate shower room and toilet.

The airy south-facing living room has a high wooden ceiling with velox windows and enjoys the sun all day. There is a flat screen T.V.with Sky including Sport. Patio doors lead to the patio and enclosed garden that is safe for children and pets. Wooden patio furniture and sun loungers are provided and a barbeque is available.

There is a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker and fridge/freezer. The kitchen has a stunning view across the Penpol Valley to the ancient church of St. Veep.

Six stairs lead from the kitchen to the other two bedrooms both with sloping ceilings, one with a double bed, the other has twin beds. Between the bedrooms is a bathroom with a bath and electric shower. There is a utility room with washing machine and drier that is shared with the owner's property.

Bed linen and tea towels are provided. A cot and high chair are available if required.

The cost of electricity and central heating is included. There is internet access.

This beautiful area is ideal for holidays at all times of the year. The Cornish Coastal path is only minutes away by car and other walks are accessable directly from the cottage. The long distance footpaths across Cornwall, The Saints Way and The Smugglers Way both start or finish nearby, as well as many circular routes, ideal for walkers and dogs!
